We offer a 14 day Refund guarantee. This starts as soon as you receive your order. If it is sent back correctly we will refund you minus postage costs. Or we can offer an exchange for an item of equal value.

How do I return an item?

please contact us by email at enquires@highlineattire.co.uk with your order number to let us know you would like to make a return. we will then give you the correct details including returns form so you can send an item back.

-fill in our returns form and include it with the return.

-your item must be returned unused

-with original packaging and tags still attached.

If accepted after communication regarding your return, postage will need to be done at your own expense. The item is your responsibility before it reaches us so we highly recommend you use a tracked/insured service to ensure the item arrives to us.

please note- we can deny refunds if the items received are damaged in anyway which includes pet hair.
