DELIVERY CHARGE

All UK orders are FREE of charge over £50!

ORDER PROCESSING

when you purchase an item, all orders will be processed and packaged up and then sent within 24 hours (however apart from Sundays as Royal Mail are closed).

DELIVERY TIME

UK 1-3 working days

we use Royal Mail signed for service for all our orders-

orders under £50 will be sent with Royal Mail 2nd class signed.

Orders £50 -£300 are sent Royal Mail 1st class signed.

Orders above £300 will be sent via Royal Mail special delivery by 1pm and insured up to £500.

USA

We now accept orders from the USA

-All packages will be sent via UPS insured with tracking and normally sent and packaged in 24 hours.

We don't ship world wide as of yet. hopefully we can do this in the future.

All orders made after 14:00 GMT may not be shipped same day as we have a small team that run the business. Check with us via instagram or email before ordering if you require the item next day or by a certain date. Please allow for an extra few days during holiday periods like Christmas and Black Friday etc.

DELIVERY GUARANTEES

If incorrect shipping details (addresses) have been given to us for an order, we will not take responsibility for the orders that do not arrive due to this. However, any other parcels that do not arrive will be claimed for, please allow 10 working days before contacting us because we cannot make any claims before this time. Any orders over the value of £300 will be sent with Royal Mail special delivery signed for and insured/covered up to the value of £500 stated above.

Please note- By Highline Attire using Royal Mail tracking and signed for our products, we use this as proof for order arrival of the product. If your item has still not arrived even with it showing as arrived, please check with people in your house and neighbours before contacting Royal Mail directly. We reserve the right to take successfully delivered tracking and signature of the product as confirmation of receiving the item.
